Kristen Stewart New Hairdo – Check out the new hairdo on Kristen Stewart as the Twilight series star adopts a punk hairstyle for a new movie role playing rocker Joan Jett in “The Runaways”.
The Kristen Stewart new hairdo was kept under wraps for a few days with Kristen sneaking around with her hoodie pulled up to hide her new do.
Stewart’s new hairdo came after she completed filming of “New Dawn” the Twilight series sequel that filmed in Vancouver and Italy.
Here’s a photo of Kristen in “New Moon” from one of the scenes shot in Italy, showing how much longer her hair was before she got the Seventies shag cut.
Kristen co-stars with Dakota Fanning in the new biopic about Joan Jett and the Blackhearts that will hit theaters in 2010.
Kristen’s been learning the guitar for her Joan Jett role in the movie “The Runaways” and her bandmates are: Alessandra Torresani will play Lita Ford, Dakota Fanning plays Cherie Currie, and Stella Maeve is Sandy West.

Ok, how naive can you be? Stop saying she looks “retarted”. She got the cut for her role as Joann Jett. I think it’s brave to actually get that bold hair style rather than wearing a wig for the movie.
