Even though she looks great without the tat, it’s her body and she can do to it what she pleases. I’m not complaining. I mean my dad has many tats and I plan to get a few after I turn 18.

Ashley is not the kind of girl to get a tattoo for the hell of it she probably done to mark a symbol of life now she is famous anyway its not that big and she looks more mature and sexy with it now.

i don’t think it says believe. because if you look at the first letter, it looks more like a capital C than a small B. since it’s script writing the capital C’s tend to look like the one on her back and the E matches the script writing too. so it might not be anything to do with bella or believe. you never will know unless someone strips her down and takes a photo or if she says what it says. :3
