Miley Cyrus Got Wings – As if she didn’t have enough on her plate already, Miley Cyrus has gone and gotten “Wings” and will turn into a fairy sometime next year.
Seems Disney snagged the rights to the hot teen novel and plan to have Miley star in the movie version of “Wings”, which provides a modern twist to the classic fairytale storyline.
Miley will play Laurel, a 15-year-old girl who grows up home-schooled in a small town before heading off to a large high school.
Once there, she realizes she’s unlike the other kids, as she sprouts a pair of wings and and finds out she’s a fairy.
Wings is the first novel in a planned four-book series by Aprilynee Pike, so this could turn out to be somewhat like “Twilight” for the tween set.
And that’s the latest buzz from Glambamm on Miley Cyrus got wings.

According to Variety magazine, Temple Hill partners Marty Bowen and Wick Godfrey will produce.
Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, will be executive producer.
